Cliffs, coast and camping: May 23 – 26 – Thu 22nd May 2014

What a great trip! This stretch of the Pembrokeshire Coast is beautiful …. so unspoilt and wild. We saw seals, masses of wild flowers and all sorts of birds. The campsite was a super find, thanks to Jo.  Overlooking the sea, between St David’s and Abereiddy (of Blue Pool fame) the site had good facilities, friendly staff and plenty of space.

Over the weekend the main activities were climbing, coasteering and walking, plus a very sociable evening at  The Sloop Inn, Porthgain, a fascinating port with lots of industrial archeology.

May thanks to Jo for organising a super weekend!
